1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Eligibility Protocol

As our services provide immediate access to digital content, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

3. Processing Timelines

Eligible refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during enrollment.
